  • *Beijing

Beijing is the caption of China and it has a long history. In the earliest time in China, the north (often the areas that in the north of Huai River and Qin Mount) was more prosperous than the southern part. Of course, the wars were always happened in there. It caused the profound historical details of Beijing. The coincidence is, after Zhu Di (the emperor who sent Zhen He) became the King of Ming Dynasty, he decided to choose Beijing as the new caption and today it’s still the caption. People think the reasons why he made this decision was that Beijing was his fief before he being the emperor.
Today, Beijing is a modern city and is one of the most powerful cities in the world. It’s the center of China’s education and politics, of course many people who go for their dreams in Beijing are called “the north drift”, because most of them have no house in there.
I think we can’t see a thing only in one way and especially about Beijing. It’s an ancient city that you can find though the old quadrangle dwellings and the biggest wood-made palace----the Forbidden city. The great wall is a great man-made wonder as well where millions of visitors take vacations.

      *Washington D.C.

There are many mountain climbing, skiing, hunting and fishing resorts. There are three national parks in the state. The Olympic National Park, which is listed as a world natural heritage site, is located in the original temperate rainforest. Tourists travel among them like diving in the green sea, in the world of Ryukyu and glass. The other two parks, North cascade is famous for its high mountain scenery, and Mount Rainier is famous for its snow capped glacier, both of which are the places for tourists to yearn for.
It is an important place for the United States to pass through Alaska. Seattle is the transcontinental North Pacific Railway Terminal and important seaport, known as the gateway to the East. The natural scenery of the state is rich and colorful. Volcanoes, glaciers, forests and national parks are the best places for tourism. It has Microsoft, Boeing, Starbucks, at & T, Amazon, Nintendo, Intel, HP and other world giants. There are computer, software, biotechnology, clean energy and other high-tech parks. There are 43 famous universities in the world.

      *Venice
Venice was once the center of the Republic of Venice, known as the \"Pearl of the Adriatic Sea\". The Crusaders also gathered here during the Crusades. It was also a very important commercial and art town from the 13th century to the end of the 17th century. Venice, also known as \"Queen of the Adriatic\", \"water city\", \"Bridge City\" and \"city of light\", is one of the most romantic cities in the world. The city of Venice covers 118 islands and a nearby peninsula of Venice lagoon on the Adriatic Sea in northeastern Italy. This lagoon is distributed along the coastline between the Po and Piawi rivers.
Water used to be the patron saint and the king of Venice, but now it has become the biggest enemy of Venice. In 1966, a flood occurred in Venice, and the water level in the city was as high as 1 meter. This event forced the Italian government to make flood control a national priority.
