“Hmm… are you sure no one’s here?” The round-faced woman’s voice wavered, tinged with nervous anticipation.
The ponytailed woman mumbled through parted lips, restless fingers already wandering. “The wine cellar’s rarely frequented… The master hasn’t hosted guests lately. Of course it’s empty.”
A teasing lilt crept into her tone. “Sweetheart, can you still stand?”
The round-faced one answered with a breathy, compliant hum.
Her soft body seemed to have been curled in the shadows all along, every inch alive with drifting sensations.
The shadows swayed beneath the dim light, undulating like the tendrils of deep-sea jellyfish, pulsing with a rhythm as dense as breath.
Even the cellar’s muted amber glow conspired to cloak them in secrecy.
The tiny, delicate dogwood berries felt like sleeping baby birds in her palm—like cradling her own gently throbbing heart. Their pointed tips, like beaks, pecked lightly at her skin, firm yet yielding. What truly softened was her palm and the fire stirring within her.
“They’re…” Bai Tu glanced up dazedly, only to bump against Shu Liqing’s chin. That’s when she realized how awkwardly intimate their position had become.
“Shh.” A jade-like hand covered Bai Tu’s mouth.
She was now fully huddled in Shu Liqing’s embrace, her back pressed against the softness of the other woman’s body. Shu Liqing’s presence enveloped her completely. Bai Tu should’ve been flushed with panic, but the faint scent of orchids drifting from Shu Liqing—like blossoms in a secluded valley—seemed to calm her nerves.
Yet how could she possibly stay calm? She’d just witnessed something R-rated, explicitly lesbian, and to make it worse, she was now held in the arms of a strange girl.
Bai Tu stiffened her trembling body, struggling to hold herself upright. She tried desperately to ignore the beauty pressed against her back and the vividly aromatic, visually captivating drama unfolding outside.
But how could those women moan so shamelessly—their voices wanton and loud enough to stain cheeks crimson?
The beauty behind her remained unsettlingly calm, breathing in steady, measured rhythms as if this spectacle were routine. She seemed moments away from entering the Zen-like trance of a seasoned monk.
The water’s surface remained undisturbed, yet Bai Tu realized for the first time how torturous its quiet ripples could sound.
Do women… really last this long? Her shoulders tensed. And has that woman truly fallen asleep?
She dared not glance at the beauty whose head rested lazily on her shoulder. Soft strands of the woman’s hair tickled Bai Tu’s neck, igniting an itch that spread through her veins—maddening, yet she couldn’t twitch a muscle.
The beauty’s scent enveloped her, unlike any perfume Bai Tu had ever encountered. Something rare, no doubt.
“I want it… Give it to me… Mmnh~” Round-Face's voice was soft and sticky, thick with a nasal tone. She swayed her body like a siren, undulating like a fish rippling through water.
“Never knew you could be this wild,” Ponytail chuckled darkly, her fingers teasingly hovering at the edges, refusing to dive deeper. “Always so prim and proper, yet here you are—utterly flooded. How should I contain this deluge, baby?”
Once tasted, mere shallow caresses could no longer satisfy Round-Face. Only deeper, fuller communion could quench the desperate hunger clawing inside her.
Beads of sweat dotted Round-Face’s nose. Her eyes glistened crimson, pleading through a haze of tears as she bit her trembling lip.
“Please… I need it… Give it to me…”
Bai Tu didn’t know how Ponytail felt, but her own skin prickled with goosebumps. And the woman slumped on her shoulder—how could she possibly feign sleep through such commotion? Was she truly frail, or just playing coy?
Shu Liqing’s lashes trembled like the flutter of a tiny feather, as if her eyes might open at any moment.
Bai Tu yanked her hand back as though burned, then feigned indifference while stealing furtive glances—peeking once, twice, like a fish skimming the surface of water, tentative and fleeting.
Gradually, though, she grew mesmerized, forgetting her childish game.
The faint light grudgingly crept in, haloing Shu Liqing’s features. Shadows and illumination conspired in the corner, blending into a haze of half-light—a veil that rendered the woman’s beauty almost otherworldly.
Bai Tu forced her gaze downward, only for fate to mock her: there, the woman’s delicate collarbones rose and fell with each steady breath, twin butterflies poised to take flight.
Her throat tightened. Heat flooded her cheeks, her heartbeat erratic. A restless creature thrashed in her chest, something primal threatening to burst forth, to take root and grow wild.
But there was no time to dwell. The woman’s eyes had opened, dark and fathomless as a mountain lake—still, yet hauntingly alive.
“Y-you’re… awake,” Bai Tu whispered, her voice hushed as if caught in an illicit act. The thought alone scorched her ears.
“Hmm?” Shu Liqing’s soft hum hovered between acknowledgment and question.
