"Are you smoking before lunch?" said the other.估计这个是M对F的体贴 ?前文里倒是用Gerald的嘴说过这句话,后文Stephen也提过这话。

这里看到过去的Ricky是M,看过书的最后才知道,当时M最大的困扰是,无法走出曾经的深爱。
